Terms of Service

Service
ZeroDesk provides Shopify order-status workflows, auditable support cases, controlled automation, and related operational tools. The service must be installed and used through Shopify.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your Shopify store, staff permissions, customer communications, policies, and the accuracy and legality of instructions submitted to ZeroDesk. Review proposed write actions before approval.
Safe automation
ZeroDesk may refuse, pause, or hand off an action when identity, authorization, policy, usage entitlement, or completion evidence is insufficient. Operational results depend on Shopify and other third-party systems.
Billing
Paid plans and usage charges are approved and billed through Shopify App Pricing. Pricing, billing periods, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations shown by Shopify are authoritative.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, carrier performance, warehouse interception, delivery dates, or outcomes controlled by third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZeroDesk to access another merchant's data, bypass Shopify controls, mislead customers, violate law, or submit malicious or unauthorized instructions.
Termination
You may uninstall the app through Shopify. We may suspend access to protect merchants, customers, Shopify, or the service from security, legal, or operational risk.
